I think the best thing about turning 23 is getting to use the lyrics from Blink-182’s “What’s My Age Again”.

Although this isn’t my birthday post, it was typed up on my birthday.  Therefore I’m going to be really short.  No need for the other sections because they were largely uneventful.  I slept in a little late, and after hanging out for a couple hours my dad came by and took me to Applebee’s for my birthday.  It was pretty busy since it was Saturday night, although it was only 5:30 and it was Herkimer.  But we saw a lot of different types of people there so I guess it’s a popular eatery.  I ran into two old teachers, and after telling the first how I dropped out of college I didn’t feel like going through it again.  Our waitress was gorgeous, and I remember thinking that she was gorgeous for a white girl since I’ve been into Asian girls and other ethnicities lately.  The food was good and it was a nice dinner with my dad.

We went to the dollar store afterward and my dad said I could pick out one thing as my birthday present, which was as a joke but the offer was still good.  So I got some blow pops.  Then I went back home and watched Hearts of Darkness, which is a documentary about the making of Apocalypse Now.  It was pretty good, and now I’ll watch Apocalypse Now Redux and that’ll complete the whole experience.  I finished watching Season 2 of Malcolm in the Middle as well as the second season of Seinfeld.  I decided to stay up late and wake up late tomorrow, which means no church again.  I just don’t want the first things I do on my birthday be going to bed early and waking up early.  So thanks for reading, and “What’s my age again?  What’s my age again?”
