Not much activity on Words with Friends today. Since it’s Friday night I must assume my friends have lives.

Dreams

I couldn’t get out of bed today, and it wasn’t because I was having good dreams.  My last one was the worst and only one I can remember.  I was at some kind of camp, and while taking some test I learned that the woman who was running the whole thing was evil.  I decided to take a stand against her, and my argument was that she hates us although she’s trying to deny it.  So we had a back and forth, and while she was being irate and loud I was being calm and collected.  She was saying how she has a “mutual disrespect” toward Phil, who turned out to be Phil Gibson since I don’t really know other Phils.  I tried to stick up for him since we were on the same side, and I was in real danger of getting tortured while there.  It was like a camp where we couldn’t call for help and we were at the complete mercy of the guards.  I then went to apologize to Phil for arguing with her and getting his name brought up.  Another guy said we only had 8 days left, so I had to control myself and stay out of trouble until then.  The strange camp came from my feelings of being unsafe, and how I don’t ever want to be in a situation like that where I’m at the complete mercy of my captors.

One Year Ago Today

The Knicks played at home against the Heat, and today they play again but in Miami.  The Knicks won last year by 5 points in a good game, but the Knicks lost by 10 this year is a strange but hard-fought game.

My Day

I woke up late today because I guess I was tired from actually leaving the house yesterday.  I had to wait to take a shower until the guys finished working on the bathroom for the day, so I just watched some Malcolm.  Then I showered and had a late breakfast, and I hung out for the rest of the day.

Later in the night I got to relax and watch the Knicks game.  Because of the MSG/cable stuff, blackout restrictions, and work, I usually don’t get to watch any games.  Since they played the Heat they showed it on ESPN so I got to watch it.  My mom and I got Chinese food too so it was a good night.

After the game my mom and I watched The Princess Bride because it’s a hilarious movie.  Then I finally watched the movie Trees Lounge on Netflix.  It’s an independent movie written by, directed by, and starring Steve Buscemi, and I almost watched it months ago but I passed over it.  It was pretty good, but the overall story didn’t really go anywhere.  There was some stuff throughout, but the main character didn’t really change or grow like they usually do at the end of movies.  Then I watched a few more shows and then bed.  Thanks for reading, and “Truly you have a dizzying intellect.”
