I remember one dream from last night. I was outside at night and using a payphone to call my dad. The phone cord was cut in two places, but somehow I was able to just tie the ends together and it worked. I called my dad, and then for some reason my brother and I had to run to my car. I think we had to escape from someone who was on us for breaking the phone or something.

Happy birthday America! I am more excited about Independence Day this year than ever before because it’s the first time not being in the U.S. to celebrate it. Being in Haiti and not the U.S. makes me feel even more patriotic. I just want to sing American songs all day. Go America!
